The honeybees are busy insects. The scouts leave the beehives shortly after dawn to look for the best sources of nectar and pollen. The scouts return within the hour and do the honeybee waggle dance so the hives foragers know where to go.  After the morning sun warms the hives, there are thousands of bees flying in and out of the hives.  It is amazing that bees perform these takeoffs and landings without flying into one another!
